Outbound orders from Repair Depot not showing serial numbers.

Hi All,

Users reported that 'All orders from CPO-Single Phase Repair (UCSTSHIP) come over without the serial numbers assigned to them. This calls for service shipping team to manually go in and assign the serial numbers to each part.'

Users are using picking rule as in attached screenshot.

What will be reason for this.
