What is the setting or Process to be done for the Interactive application to get 'Run the applicatio

hi

We are working with JDE1 8.9 Version

We are Zero knowledge about the interative application. We have some interactive application which give the option or Icon 'Run the Application' and some other wont give the option of this.

How to get the 'Run the application' for the interactive applications.

Attached the Screen shots which are from the same system.
