Weblogic license for CC&B 2.4.0

Good Morning to all,

I have to decide whether to use enterprise or standard editions of Weblogic for CC&B 2.4.0 fairly soon.  I know there's a $15k price difference between the two and the enterprise edition offers high availability and clustering features that standard doesn't have.  Can someone please give some real pros and cons to help make a sound decision?  Thanks in advance for your assistance and it will be greatly appreciated.
