How to stop display of Arrival and Departure tasks in Universal Work Queue

We are using Oracle EBS suite version 11.5.10.2 and in Universal Work Queue is showing Arrival and Departure tasks. Users are annoyed with many of these occupying lot of space in the form. Can somebody suggest how to stop displaying of these Tasks in UWQ.
