Patching errors after upgrading from 13.1 to 13.4

Hi -

We are currently testing the upgrade process for an RDF domain from v13.1.1 to 13.4.2 using the steps outlined in the Oracle documentation to convert the domain to Integer Indexing.  We have successfully completed all of the steps listed without any issues or error and are attempting to execute the last step of patching the domain with the upgraded 13.4.2 configuration.  However, the patch is failing while attempting to register some Promote attributes with the following error:

regmeasattr caught Exception: DimRegistryException: DimRegistry::updatePositions failed for 'ptyp'. Capacity is 32 with 5 bits but the final size after add is 33. Defrag the dimension with reindexDomain or increase the bitsize with dimensionMgr + reindexDomain.
