Oracle Procurement Contracts supports three variations of signature:

1) Manual Signature: This uses Acceptances screen to record that the supplier and buying organization signed a contract on paper.

2) Electronic Signature: In this mechanism, the supplier is sent a signature notification to sign the contract. The user identity is authenticated via username/password. The copy of the contract being signed is stored in a secure repository, which can be accessed from the Acceptances screen at a later point in time.
