Upgrading 11g grid repository database

I am planning to upgrade 11g(11.2.0.1) grid control's repository database to version 11.2.0.3. Is it as straight forward as stopping the OMS, upgrade db to 11.2.0.3 and restart OMS? Please point me to any precautions or documented steps that i need to go through for this upgrade.
