Net-Net 3820 TACACS with MGMT 0

I am trying to setup a Net-Net 3820 with TACACS that is running ECX6.4.0 MR-1 GA.  We have been managing our Acme over the MGMT 0 interface.  Can the MGMT 0 interface be used for TACACS?
