Recovery Tax on Iexpense reports

Hi,

I am grappling with writing rules for recovery tax and recapture for iexpense reports for Canada users. How can I incorporate Class Qualifier as Location (Provinces for Expense Location) as part of the Tax Determination sets? Basically, I have to make the Tax Calculations of iexpense lines based on the expense locations - how can I achieve that? Thanks,
