Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Job Status Fx - XML Publisher Error E910

Hi, my user is currently having this XML publisher error when checked inside submitted job ...pls see attached

The report they run is embedded BI report...

In the XML kernel log, it stated "Unable to generate xmlp report. Return Code 13",

FYI, in another environment Eg, PD, it works..

any ideas ?
