Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Hi

We are getting error while creating new Modifier on Saving:

We have applied the patch as per Document Document 1598900.1 , but still same error.

Pls advise.
