How to debug why the BEA-141277 warning in comming?

Hi All,

     In weblogic startup, the following warning message is displayed in the server log.  Before I have never noticed this warning message in the log file. Currently I'm seeing with warning message is server logs and I'm using webLogic server 10.3.6.0 with Java7u45.  I'm not sure what changes made this warning message to come in server log.  But, there are no configuration changed done in weblogic domain.  Could somebody tell me how to debug which is causing this warning messages?

    What implications we will be having on security if we set the "-Djavax.management.builder.initial=weblogic.management.jmx.mbeanserver.WLSMBeanServerBuilder" as JAVA_OPTIONS.  How can we solve this problem without this jvaa option
