12.1 HRMS RUP6: Patch-16000686 issue

Hello,

When trying to apply HRMS RUP6 patch the following errors occur:

FAILED: file payipgenupgdfn.ldt on worker  5 for product pay username APPS.

FAILED: file payusgenupgdef.ldt on worker  9 for product pay username APPS.

FAILED: file pycougp.ldt  on worker 15 for product pay username APPS.

FAILED: file pycapbttt.ldt on worker  3 for product pay username APPS.
FAILED: file pycapettt.ldt on worker 12 for product pay username APPS.




ATTENTION: All workers either have failed or are waiting:

  FAILED: file hxczzhxclcdf0002.ldt on worker  1.
  FAILED: file pycnpett.ldt on worker  2.
  FAILED: file pydkbaln.ldt on worker  3.
  FAILED: file pycapettt.ldt on worker  4.
