Service Charges issue

Hi Team and Jon,

I would like to request you to assist me in the Service charges issue. They are as follows

1. Please find the attachment and advice why I am not able to see the service charges amount in the Proper format i.e.e in English. Characters are showing in the different language.

2. While trying to "export" the CHarges created I am getting the attached Exception error. Please advice.

3. Finally, I am not sure if it is possible as a standard process that can we submit or create the Charges as per the task types. Here in the business scenario we required to create multiple tasks against the one SR so business wants to create and submit the Charges as per the task types. However, as per the current functionality we can create one Quote with Charges.
