Multiple Workgroup Membership - Workgroup Filters

We have recently upgraded to patch-55 (build 489) from build 221 (patch number not known).

We are getting reports from users that they can no longer see orders in their worklists that they could previously.

Has the way multiple workgroup memberships are resolved changed?
