OAM and Weblogic 12.1.2

I am in the process of upgrading to 12.1.2, and the default OAM security providers are not present.  I cant seem to locate the specific directions in

Administrator's Guide for Oracle Access Management  11g Release 2 (11.1.2.2) for All Platforms (E27239-12).  can someone point me to correct document (or section of the document)  for configuring weblogic 12c with OAM 11.1.2 ?
