No output when printing invoices - Student Financials

We are testing CS Bundle 33 for 9.0 and cannot get output when printing an invoice. There are no errors in the message log or out logs.

Message log:

Process request completed successfully

Published message with ID (xxxxxxxxxxxx) to create entry in folder GENERAL

Successfully posted generated files to the report repository

Output log:

SFBILLIV - Student Billing System

Print Bill

Will print invoice by Bill_Req_ID.
