Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Bulk picking is not woking even I have a complete setup

I am using R 12.1.3

Also WMS

the bulk picking is checked for item and subinventory

create a sales order for the same item into two lines

go to wave planning

release wave

the order is backorder even there is in stock

any advice or additional setup
