When I query on account, it is updating LAST_UPD_BY, LAST_UPD columns.

HI All,

In Siebel 8, when I query on an account (not updating anything), the action updates LAST_UPD_BY and LAST_UPD columns by current timestamp and my login. It is confusing users.

Is there a way to fix it in Siebel Tools? Columns LAST_UPD_BY and LAST_UPD should be updated only if any fields in BC got updated but not just querying an account. Please advise.

Regards,

DC
