Formula not calculating as expected

I am not sure if this is the correct sub-space for this question but I am having an issue with a formula in Essbase that is not calculating as I would expect.  The formula we are using is ("001121119" ->"AvgBal"/"002209999"->"AvgBal"); 

We would expect that the Q1 calculation would take the Q1 average balance for loans (001121119) and divide it by the Q1 average balance for deposits (002209999)

Which would give us :  2,639,765,052.84/3,473,135,668.93=76.01%

It is however taking the Jan % + the Feb% + the Mar% and dividing it by 3 giving us 76.50%+76.05%+75.57%=228.12%/3=76.04%

Any help on how to get this formula to give us the correct quarter end numbers would be greatly appreciated.
