Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Internal Sales Order Stuck

Hi

We have an Order stuck with status to Awaiting Shipping.

Here is what we did:

1) Create Internal Requisition

2) Requisition was Approved

3) Create Internal Order

4) Import Internal Sales Order

5) Pick Release the Internal Sales Order

We can't make next step : ship confirm the Internal Sales Order

The line status is Released to Warehouse.
