Legal entity not available in AR Transaction screen

Hi, Following setups are done but I am unable to see the legal entity in the lov of transaction screen.

Setup legal entity and assign balancing segment values

associate with a ledger.

Associate OU with the new ledger and give default legal entity context

Give system options for the new OU

define batch source and transaction types for the new OU.

After all this, when I try to create a new transaction, a legal entity does not popup and it says no entries found. But when I try to associate the legal entity to OU in Batch source SCreen, I was able to associate without any problem. Please help to resolve.
