Newly added option is missing in a plan when newhire is trying to enroll benefits.

We have added an option to a existing Plan. When a newly hired employee login to Employee Self Service , newly added option is missing. Plan Name:  VSP Vision Care Missing Option’s  Name: Employee + Domestic Partner Or Former Spouse More details are attached. Thanks for the help
