Trial Balance - Encumbrance Report

Dear All,

my EBS are using encumbrance method in requisition and order transaction. i want to analyze the encumbrance movement (commitment and obligation). Oracle provide report for that, Trial Balance - Encumbrance report.

in the report there are parameter Type (commitment, obligation, invoice..). i try to run the report with type obligation and the result is ok but if i run the report with type commitment the result is no data. as far as i concerned encumbrance commitment are created during the requisition process. if there is requisition with "in process" status that mean there are outstanding commitment.
