Delinquency Fees Displaying incorrectly on Standard Invoice Entry

JD Edwards 9.1

I have set up and run delinquency fees in final for the first time on 9.1.

Everything has worked as expected with the exception that when reviewing the fee document on the Standard Invoice Entry Form (P03b11 W03B11A), the fee displays 3 times with the amount to distribute tripling.

When I check the tables there is only one entry on the Customer Ledger and General Ledger.

When the batch is posted it posts correctly but the Standard invoice Screen still indicates 3 identical entries.

Has anyone come across this or know if this is a bug?
