updating the current view snapshot fails

While updating the current view snapshot using adadmin it fails with the below error.

File "atg_supp_patches.sql"
Either has No Version or Unknown error(-4)

Failed in adusnapGetDetailFileInfo()
AD Administration error:
Failed store Snapshot file info
adusnapMaintainSnapshot() : Error calling adusnapUpdateCurrentView2()
Error calling adusnapPartialCurVw()
Error calling adusnapMaintainSnapshot

Customer is applying the action plan as per the note
Note 372491.1 Ext/Pub ORA-06512 APPS.AD_FILE_SYS_SNAPSHOTS_PKG:

But customer is stuck at the step 4 in Note ID  372491.1

Please Advise which snapshot ID's we need to update.
