Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Hi All,

While trying to Book the Ship Line from Logistics in DR, getting the below error message

"Validation failed for the field - Bill to"

Can someone please suggest what might have gone wrong.

I've checked the related address & below points hold good:

1. The Site Number is active

2. Its usage is 'Ship To'

Any inputs would be most welcome!
