Issue and Testing Scenario's during Database Upgrade from 10g to 11g

in Payables and Cash Management - EBS (MOSC) Question

Hi,

We are pursuing to upgrade  Database from 10g to 11g. our application version is 11i and are using AP,AR,FA and GL Modules

I need to know how we will be functionally effected, and where should we focus on application front?

Do we need to Test the application functionally and Reports  and to what extent?

What will be the troubled areas as a functional user we will face after upgrade?
