How to Use Budgetary Control Optimizer Program

Hello,


Successfully ran period close exception report,report shows me other exceptions.i have ran period close analyzer (updated version)

It shows me DATA INTEGRITY ISSUE Orphan Encumbrance Accounting Events.


Error

The orphan BC accounting events are listed here

Solution

  • Please run Budgetary Control Optimizer program(Shortname = BCOPT)
  • Any orphan BC events that prevent period close should be fixed now
  • Source KB Article: DocId 1055606.1
