R12.1.3 : Minimum PatchLevel Requirements

hello,

Its a General question for all EBS product/module. We would like to know what is the Minimum PatchLevel Requirements to get the  Premier Support for a particular product/module in EBS . 
as per the note 1334562.1, if we are on 12.1.3 we need not worry about new minimum patching baselines until June 1, 2014.
what about after 1st June 2014?
what i would like to know what should be the mimimum patch level for all EBS product and its module to get support even after 1st june 2014.
