Issue in query on Prepare mass addition Form

Hi

On prepare mass addition form if I first query with status New and then again if I want to query records with status On HOLD with out closing the form;

I do not get any output. If I reopen the form or use F6 to clear record and re enter book name and Queue name then I can query the records;

Is there any Bug on this form I am not able to search.
