Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. how do oracle to convert all data/tables/estructure/unicode..? (example: convertion from WS to Eone?

I want to know the logic of report/table convertion, ..when submit it what is exactly processing?algorith?
