Applying patch 17774755 (RPC1) on EBS R12.1.3 stuck at populate_icx_endeca.sql for running about 2 h

Hi,

Applying patch 17774755 (RPC1) on EBS R12.1.3 environment and patch is stuck at populate_icx_endeca.sql for running about 2 hours and still running.

The table size is also less than 1Gb on which it is doing full scan:

DEV-onidau1-SQL>select sum(bytes)/1024/1024/1024 from dba_segments where segment_name = 'PO_ATTRIBUTE_VALUES';

SUM(BYTES)/1024/1024/1024
-------------------------
  .938476563

I found one bug on community but unable to find that on metalink
BUG#17649298 : QRE1223.3:GSI:LONG RUNNING:ICX:POPULATE_ICX_ENDECA.SQL (3:21 HRS)

Any help would be appreciated!
