ORA-errors 48101 and 48102 are occuring frequently in alert log

  Hello All,

we are getting ORA-errors 48101 and 48102 errors frequently in alert log of the database .

[ rs2020-141 : DSS on rs2020-141 has ORA- errors please investigate ORA-48101: error encountered when attempting to read a file [block] [/oracle/oracle11202/dbhome_1/diag/rdbms/dss/DSS/metadata/HM_INFO.ams] [0] ORA-48102: encountered the end-of-file when reading the file ]

database version :11.2.0.2.0

OS Version : AIX rs2020-141 1 6 00F6966F4C00

I googled it and But didn't got the much information about this error.

please tell me what error is this , what is the impact, and solution for this.
