Applicability of Security Rules to Standard and Custom reports

Hi,

Does a Security Rule defined, for example to restrict the access to a specific Location segment value, affect the seeded reports also. For example GL Trail Balance and AP Trial balance. Are these reports affected by the Security Rule. Meaning will the  Report out also be restricted to exclude data relating that specific Location segment value which was excluded in the security rule.
