Inviting Bidders/Suppliers to an Event

Does anyone know how I would invite more than 1000 bidder or suppliers to an event using the Recommend Bidders function if the max row retrieved setting is limited to 999?

We are running into an error when exceeding 999 in version 8.8.   However, the state is upgrading to 9.2 in the next year and I was wondering if this was an issue in 9.2 also.
