Siebel OpenUI - javascript permission denied error - on F9 email

Hello -

We are facing some intermittent JavaScript errors - post our upgrade to openUI only on the OpenUI version.

This error occurs intermittently while using the - F9 email functionality on the OpenUI application -

We are using - "advanced templates" with the F9 functionality - which we are aware is unsupported - also point to note is the content from the advanced template is being pulled in correctly .

The problem is that post the template selection - if we click on any of the popups - like - To / CC / BCC - and make selections on that popup and then navigate back to the email body in the - F9 template - we see that the template is blank and the content that was keyed in and generated through the template is lost .
