Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. I can't see Item on P4101&F4101 but its display in DB

Experts,

I can't see Item through JDE(web, fat, databrowser, grillP4101) but item exist! in through DB (chack/confirmed by DBA)

but what could be reason JDE doesn't show Item meanwhile DB exist this Item
