Not able to go back to the Marketing User Dashboard from Budget creation page

Dear Gurus,

In Marketing Budget creation page, We have an option to go back to the marketing user dashboard.Once i click on the Marketing User Dashboard link, it is not going to the user dashboard page.

Please help me on this.
