Identify relation between two JDE E1 environments

Issue is: There are multiple JDE environments.  One of them called US900 that was copied from a production environment at another country.   They built PD900 from US900 in Shanghai.  Somehow PD900 still have some relationship with US900 here.  We have checked datasource, path code and OCM not able to find any clue why PD900 is linked to US900.   Can you provide guidance  to where and how to identify the relation issue between PD900 and US900?

This is critical to customer as they can't build additional environment (copying from production) as they afraid of above environment issue.
