Launch Pick Release error

Hi,

When I am doing pick release below error message getting

Taxes are not applied to Order. Please apply Taxes for all Lines and then try to Pick Release

Above error message seems custom message. Hence I have disabled custom code (Diagnostics -> Custom Code -> Off) then I am able to complete Launch Pick release but there is no personalization with this error message. From whether it was picking, how can I trace out custom message.
