SL8500 - Upper EM power supply in warn state, Ceiling light and OP panel off

Hello,

I hv very rare issue related with SL8500, Initial problem was, all LSM are suddenly offline, there is no connection issue between ACSLS > SL8500 and Backup software. On first onsite checking the machine, we found Upper EM power supply in warn state and some amber light related with the tape drives. As we have no idea whats going on at that time, we try to hard reboot by powered off both PDU (2N config). After library initialization finished, all LSM back online, but the strange things is all the ceiling light are off and also the SLconsole OP panel
