Can ESS populate the current weeks timesheet with the previous weeks information?

This is a question from a VP so some employees will not have to enter the project, object, subsidiary, task; etc every time, if it will be the same for a long period of time. Or can labor distribution setup populate the ESS time sheet if one exists?
