Uploading of Historical Data Oracle Financials

Hello,

I have a query that what are the possible risks and concerns that should be addressed if we are to upload historical data (FIN and SCM i.e. invoices, pr, po) of last 10 years in Oracle EBS?

Actually we have committed to the client that we will upload 10 years of historical data, now I want to know the factors that we must consider before doing so.
