Unable to log on to the Siebel Production application (using Siebel Thick client and server datasour

Hi.

Currently working with Siebel 8.1.1.11 PatchSet 4

Dedicated Client (IE 8)

When trying to login to Siebel Production using a dedicated client, with the server as datasource, I am unable to use an account <> SADMIN.

The following error occurs:

"The user ID or password that you entered is incorrect. Please check the spelling and try again".

To be clear: there's no issue when:

  1. I login as SADMIN through/with a dedicated client.
  2. Also no issue when I login through/with a thin client (accounts <> sadmin are allowed).
  3. Also no issue when it's <> Production.
