Permissions not working

Hi,

I have BIP standalone 11.1.1.7.0 and 11.1.1.7.1 with EBS security and I'm having some permission issues with folders and objects/resources

When I open permissions for a folder or a resource and click on the plus sign to add a role another windows opens that sould allow me to select a role.

That window does not ever list any roles and is alway empty.

Everything else seems to work. Building reports, running, bursting, scheduling....

Do you guys have any idea what is missing here for the permissions?

I've tried Chrome (latest), IE11 and Firefox (latest)
