iExpense Legal Requirement

Hi,

My client would like to centralise the auditing and storage of their
company's iExpenses. Is there any country specific legal requirement that would
prevent the storage of physical receipts for one country in another. (ie UK
expense receipts centrally stored in Ireland)?
