RDF - Administration WB Open Error

Hello to everyone!

Faced with problem - cant open FAD - get error:

InvalidMeasureLookup: Caught MeasureAttributeException -- Invalid measure lookup: (fbrt, fbrtxb) (flvl, flvldefault) (fmtr, fmtrprmliftovrint)

What does it meas? There is no anything unusual in log except that error.

Domain is 13415, RPAS is 13415.
