Siebel Integration using RESTful webservices ( WLS vs Tomcat)

Hi All - the topic is related to my customer who is the famous online shopping community in the middle east. they are having an online portal for their customers to shop online ( just like amazon.com). And now they bought siebel for Call center purpose.

And we would like to integrate the siebel and the online portal using REST webservices, as the online portal can support REST services as of now.

As confirmed by Client, the transactions would be both inbound and outbound. In this process of design, we suggested the customer to buy the Web Logic Server  + JDev to support the SAI and therefore the REST services with siebel.
