How to use "list stats for <server/comp/task>"

Hi,

I tried to get some data from "list stats for <server/comp/task>". After getting the data, I found most of the stats value are 0 and doesn't change. [Ex: Average Reply Size, Average Request Size, Average Response Time etc]

1) I want to know why these stats are not getting generated.

2) I am also not able to get all the stats which are mentioned in the bookshelf.

3) How can I use these data because some data which is getting populated differ too much as compared to other server with the same configuration and usage. [Ex: AvgConnTime]
